National Education Association Resources on Labor Law, Compensation, Bargaining, Pensions, and Health Benefits

Welcome to NEACollectiveBargaining.org. The National Education Association maintains two websites, with links below. The first, with content provided by NEA’s Collective Bargaining and Member Advocacy Department, provides resources on labor law, bargaining, compensation, pensions, health benefits, and health policy. It’s material is designed for all NEA membership groups, including teachers, education support professionals, and higher education faculty—in both bargaining and non-bargaining statute states. It also maintains five databases: multistate K-12 negotiated contracts, model and sample contract language, archived model and sample contract language, higher education current contracts, and higher education archived contracts. It is designed for national, state, and local Association staff.

The second site, maintained by NEA’s Center for Organizing, provides access to higher education contract databases and resources on labor law. It is designed for higher education leaders.
